How can I access my alumni email?

Optional email accounts will be available for alumni who have graduated 1990-present. Visit our Alumni Email page to set up your account with three easy steps. You will need your PAWS ID, if you do not know your PAWS ID you must contact the Help Desk.

How can I get an alumni library card?

To obtain your TCNJ Alumni Library Card, you must come to the Alumni Engagement Office in Green Hall, Room 215. Upon receiving the card and information form, you will need to bring your driver’s license to the library to activate your card.

This card grants Alumni borrowing privileges at the R. Barbara Gitenstein Library. Alumni can check out up to 20 books at once and access databases and journals through the public library terminals in the R. Barbara Gitenstein Library (there is no access while off campus).

How can I access my transcripts?

Current students and former students who attended the College after 1990 may request official transcripts using the “E-transcript” method via PAWS. The National Student Clearinghouse charges a $3.50 processing fee for each Electronic Transcript requested.

Students who attended during or after 2000 must request their transcript through PAWS.

Students who attended before 2000 must either submit a downloadable PDF Transcript Request Form or complete the online Transcript Request Form.

What career resources are available to me?

Alumni have access to career resources provided by the Career Center, such as career counseling, the Career Handbook, an alumni LinkedIn group, and much more. Visit for details and resource access. Contact with any questions.

Alumni have access to TCNJ Handshake accounts to look for jobs, post opportunities, and explore mentorship opportunities. For registration instructions, visit Handshake.

What financial benefits are available to me?

TCNJ alumni qualify for special group discounts on auto, home, and renters insurance through Group Savings Plus® from Liberty Mutual.

The TCNJ Alumni Association also sponsors the Alumni Benefits Program with Meyer and Associates for discounts on a variety of insurance options.

How can I submit a class note to be included in the TCNJ Magazine?

Alumni can submit class notes about career-related announcements (i.e. promotions, retirements, new positions, etc.), awards or honors achieved, published works, earning a degree, or anything else that you consider newsworthy! Use our online form at to share your news.

How can I update my contact information?

To update your contact information (address, email, phone, job), please use our online form at

This is the same form used for our alumni class notes. After adding your updated contact information, you will be asked “Do you have Alumni News to submit for the TCNJ Magazine?.” Answer “No” to this question and hit submit.

How can I obtain a list of alumni contact information?

Faculty and Staff can request a one-time listing of email addresses to be used to send e-newsletters or other promotional information using the Alumni Information Request Form. This form goes through an approval process involving the Director of Alumni Engagement, The Associate Vice President of Development and Alumni Engagement, and appropriate deans.
